Faquir dreams of a good future with a good job.<\/p>\n
Faquir has been living in the orphanage for several years. The nearby hospital asked if he could come live here because he was neglected. He used to live with his grandparents. His grandmother passed away a while ago and his grandfather was unfortunately unable to care for him due to drinking problems. His mother passed away a long time ago. Nothing is known of his father. Faquir has had AIDS since birth. Since taking AIDS inhibitors, he has had no more problems with his health. Unfortunately, due to the neglect, he did not take any medication for a while. So it still needs to be tested to see what its resistance is. He quickly adapted to the new situation in the orphanage. He has now grown into a nice young man.
\nUpdate September 2023: Faquir is now 23 and lives with his grandparents, not far from here. We help the family with food, because they do not have much income. Sometimes Faquir has work and sometimes not. He has a willingness to work and takes on everything that is offered to him. A permanent job is still difficult in Mozambique. <\/p>\n
